Morning Raft; Afternoon Ride
Experience Horseback Riding in Glacier National Park
These trips exemplify the Montana experience! For the perfect adventure, blend the rugged beauty of horseback riding in Glacier National Park with a pristine river trip on the Middle Fork of the Flathead River for the perfect adventure.
The rafting portion of the trip departs from Glacier Raft Company in the Village of West Glacier. The trip ends at the bridge in West Glacier where you will regain your land legs during a short walk back to our office, your car, dry clothes, and a chance to purchase trip photos and souvenirs! Once you’ve gathered your belongings, you can eat lunch on your own at one of the local diners in West Glacier before heading over for the horseback riding portion of your day. The horseback ride departs from Swan Mountain Outfitters corral in West Glacier (based on availability) just outside the west entrance to Glacier National Park.
