Half Day Whitewater with Pavilion Dinner
A Backyard Barbecue with a panoramic view into Glacier National Park!
Experience a beautiful 3-hour float down the Middle Fork of the Flathead River and wrap it up with a delicious steak dinner.
This trip begins approximately 8 miles upstream of the West Glacier gate to Glacier National Park and ends in the Village of West Glacier. The first portion of the trip is a scenic float through the glacially carved flats, winding along the southern edge of Glacier National Park. Then you enter a beautiful canyon with small rapids and deep pools in the crystal-clear waters. Keep an eye out for wildlife and West Slope Cutthroat trout swimming by as you and your guide navigate the class I and II rapids. On warm days many guests take the opportunity to take a dip in the waters and swim around.
The whitewater on this trip varies based on water level and is a relaxing float with some splashy fun in August.
End your trip with a delicious steak dinner prepared by your guides at our Pavilion.

THE MINIMUM AGE TO BOOK A WHITEWATER TRIP IS 12 AND THEY MUST WEIGHT ATLEAST 50LBS.
Check-in at Glacier Raft Company in the Village of West Glacier ½ hour prior to trip departure. The trip ends at the bridge in West Glacier where you will regain your land legs during a short walk back to our office, your car, dry clothes, and a chance to purchase trip photos and souvenirs!
