CABIN AND MULTI-DAY TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY
For cabin reservations, cancellations made more than 45 days prior to your stay will receive a refund less 25% of the total reservation. Cancellations within 45 days are non-refundable however 75% of the total may be applied to a another cabin stay within the following year.
We must adhere to our policies even in cases of last minute trip cancellations on your part due to personal injury or emergencies. We recommend you purchase a travel insurance plan that will cover such instances.
DAILY TRIP CANCELLATION POLICY
For daily rafting and fishing reservations, cancellations made outside 24 hours will be refunded in full. Cancellation within 24 hours of the trip are non-refundable however the trip may be rescheduled to another date during the same season within current availability limits.

RENTAL PROCEDURES & CANCELLATION POLICIES
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the reservation date. Equipment must be returned clean and in good condition or a $30 cleaning fee will be assessed. Fixable damages will be charged at $30 per hour or cost plus shipping & handling if items must be sent out for repair. Lost or damaged beyond repair items will be charged full retail value.
