To supplement my summer fitness program, I want to take up white water rafting. I love what you said about this type of physical activity being a benefit of this hobby. Paddling for extended periods of time is a great workout inside the gym and outside. I am looking forward to beginning with a simple tour then moving into a more extended interest after.
